Preliminary examination

Before the termite inspection, one of our inspectors will discuss your concerns and special needs. The inspector will explain the details of the inspection. To facilitate this inspection process, please clear all clutter and remove items stored around the site. Moreover, our inspector must have access to all walls on the premises.

During the inspection

Our expert will examine both the interior and exterior of the property. They might use specialized tools such as flashlights and hygrometers to identify areas of dampness, signs of termites, and conducive conditions.

Follow-up examination

Once the termite inspection is complete, you will receive a report outlining the results and whether termite activity was detected. The problem area and the damage that occurred, if any. Treatment, repair, and aftercare recommendations and cost estimates are also provided in the report to determine the best course of action.

Pre-construction termite treatment:

In post-construction termite treatment, our experts help protect existing homes and commercial properties from damage caused by subterranean termites. If you see any signs of pests or need our help to keep your home free from unwanted pests, our expert will visit and inspect your home. On the first visit, he will perform a gap analysis to identify issues.

The entire site is fully monitored and affected areas are identified. We have deployed termite detection using thermal imaging to perform this monitoring. Thermal imaging is a convenient and useful technique for detecting termite colonies that are invisible to the naked eye. Then define and mark the drilling points. Drilling is done in the effective area at a 45-degree angle just above the wall-to-floor junction or baseboard to stop and prevent termite movement from the ground.
